What we collect
When you submit the offer request form, we collect only what you type into it:
- Your name, email address, and phone number if you provide one
- The state, county, parcel number, and approximate acreage of the property
- Your answers about ownership, road access, and timing
- Anything you write in the notes field
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
We use what you send for one purpose: to research your property and respond to you about it. That means looking up public county records, reviewing comparable sales, and contacting you with an offer or an explanation of why we are not a fit.
If you accept an offer, we share the information needed to close with the title company handling the transaction. That is the only routine disclosure we make.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions in our records so we can follow up and so we have a history of properties we have looked at. If you would like your information deleted, write to us and we will remove it, except where we are required to retain records relating to a completed transaction.
Who else is involved
This site is hosted by Vercel, and form submissions are stored in Airtable. Both act as service providers processing data on our behalf. If email notifications are enabled, a transactional email provider delivers them. Each of these companies has its own privacy practices governing the data it handles for us.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies required to serve the site securely.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to offers@gohometownland.com and we will handle it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.
Children
This site is intended for adults transacting in real property and is not directed at children.
